Mallow | Malva Star Faberge Egg Amulet

CAD $50.00

In Slavic folklore the souls of ancestors settle on mallow flowers and protect the inhabitants of the home. The Mallow | Malva star Faberge Egg Amulet reminds us of our spiritual and ancestral roots. The eight pointed star is on Ukrainian pysanka and embroidery called storchova ruzha or rozha.

The Malva is comprised of a straight cross (masculinity | Sun), and an oblique cross (femininity | Moon). The joining of these two entities naturally gives life. Biophysicists say that such a star is the model of energy fields that surround living organisms. The human zygote undergoes its first cell division, forming 8 cells, and 8 energy flows.

Fabergé Eggs (Russian: яйцо Фаберже́) are jewelled eggs created by the jewellery firm House of Fabergé, in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Possibly as many as 69 were created. The most famous among them are the 52 Imperial eggs, which Alexander III and Nicholas II commissioned as Easter gifts for their wives and mothers. Only 46 of the royal eggs survived.

The Mallow Malva Fabergé Egg Amulet is hand made and features Swarovski crystals with traditional Fabergé Egg style enamel.
