All items are final sale. If something is wrong with the product in your order, we will do everything we can to make it right. All regular price, sale, and discounted items bought at markets or online are final sale.

The Witchery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, Import duties, VAT, or any other type of taxes owed. These charges are not included in the item prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility if they are required by your country.
