War Water ~ Liquid Cursing Potion
CAD $26.00
War Water is a liquid cursing potion that is deployed to declare occult war on your enemies and is used for hexing, enemy tricks, and to trouble those who have done you wrong.
War Water is basically a suspension of iron rust (we scrape our Rusty Coffin Nails into ours), Spanish Moss, some other nasty ingredients infused into stump water. Since the Roman god Mars was the god of war and his symbolic metal was iron, it seems pretty clear that War Water is a European contribution to hoodoo. It may have originally been compounded as a blood tonic or strengthener of courage, but in the hands of witches it became a tool against an enemy by means of hostile foot track magic causing what was called “poisoning through the feet” and making everyone in the household quarrel and fight one another.
The traditional mode of deployment is to throw the entire thing in your enemy’s yard or doorstep, causing it to break and spill everywhere. When they leave their house they will have to walk through the mess, becoming “infected” with the hex. they then end up tracking it back inside their home to further the curse. Since its pretty much ready to go as the bottle and everything in it can be used for a spell, it could technically be part of the Bottle Spell family and is basically a fully put together easy to use Spell Kit.
4 oz. bottle.
