Job’s Tears

Job’s Tears have a rich history steeped in folklore, where they are believed to bring protection, good luck, and ward off evil spirits.
They can be used to grant important wishes by holding seven seeds in your hand, and reciting a charm or wish. Place the seeds in the pocket of your clothes and keep them in that pocket for seven days. At the end of the seven days, go to where there is running water, hold the seeds in your hand, recite the 23rd Psalm (“The Lord is my shepherd, i shall not want”) and throw the seeds over your left shoulder into the water to cast your spell.
In Mexican folk magic, it is also common to keep seven Job’s Tears seeds in your pocket for gambling and luck, but not to deploy them in running water.
They also may be strung and work around the neck
