Many complex forms of snuffers evolved for the homes with many candles. Some candle snuffers had concentric trap-doors that would snap shut and isolate the sniff. Other’s would stow the snuff in a lower cavity in the scissors. Similar devices include the douter, and the extinguisher.
Proper candle care is the absolute key to having long full burns.
I have quite the collection of these beautiful vintage candle snuffers & to keep it interesting I thought we could lower the price & I would send you a random one. Then I don’t have to keep taking pictures and you get a surprise! All of them have a beautiful patina you can polish & clean if you wish, personally I think it adds character. <3

I asked the witch if she could use her intuition to choose one that she thought would connect best with me. I received a beautiful pearl adorned snuffer. My great great grandmother (my guide and idol) loved pearl, it was very special to her. My own mother as well would never be caught without pearls adorning her body. Long story short, the witch is very wise attuning into the energy of my family and ancestors. The snuffer is beyond beautiful and it is so special to me!!
